  • JR East lines in the 23 wards of central Tokyo: non-reserved seats in ordinary cars of ordinary and rapid trains.
  • All Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.
  • Nippori-Toneri Liner and Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line).
  • Toei Bus.

Not covered

  • Toei late-night buses and reserved-seat buses.

Where to buy it

  • JR East reserved-seat ticket machines at main stations in the area; it is not sold at JR ticket offices.
  • Tokyo Metro, Toei Subway and Nippori-Toneri Liner stations also sell it.
  • In the Mobile Suica app, on the day of use only (adults only).
Who can buy it
Anyone can buy it at JR East ticket machines in the area or in the Mobile Suica app.

Seats and using the pass

  • If it is unused, you can change the date once at the ticket office of the JR station where you bought it.
  • When it is on Suica and you ride beyond the area, the extra fare is taken from your Suica balance at the gate.
  • Tickets from Tokyo Metro machines are valid on one day you choose within one month of purchase.

Refunds

Unused tickets can be refunded within the validity period at the ticket office of the station where you bought them, with a 220 yen fee.

Good to know

  • Tokyo Metro's English pages call this ticket the Tokyo Combination Ticket.
  • Tickets bought from Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway cannot be refunded by JR East.
  • No refund is given for train cancellations or delays.
