The NONBIRI Holiday Suica Pass costs 2,850 yen for 1 day, weekends and holidays (ticket machine in Japan or Mobile Suica); children pay 1,420 yen. Not covered

  • The Shinkansen.
  • Limited express trains need a separate limited express ticket.
  • Green Cars on local trains need a separate Green Car ticket.

Fares are one adult, reserved seat where trains have them, from the City to City pages (searched for 14 October 2026). A round trip is twice the one-way fare. The share compares the round trip with 2,850 yen for 1 day, weekends and holidays (ticket machine in Japan or Mobile Suica).

  • Tokyo to Mt Fuji by Fuji Excursion: The official area map shows the JR line from Shinjuku to Otsuki inside the zone; the Fuji Excursion limited express charge and the Fujikyu Line from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko are extra.
  • Tokyo to Mt Fuji by Limited Express Azusa + Fujikyu Line: The official area map shows the JR line from Shinjuku to Otsuki inside the zone; the Azusa limited express ticket and the Fujikyu Line from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko are extra.
  • Tokyo to Izu by Odoriko to Ito: The official area map shows the JR line from Tokyo to Odawara inside the zone; the Odoriko limited express charge and the fare from Odawara to Ito are extra.
  • Tokyo to Enoshima by JR Tokaido Line + Enoden: The official area map shows the JR line through Fujisawa, between Ofuna and Chigasaki, inside the zone; the Enoden from Fujisawa to Enoshima is outside, so you pay that fare.

Where to buy it

  • At JR East reserved seat ticket machines in the pass area (not at every station).
  • Also on the Mobile Suica app (adults only, on the day of use only).
  • Ticket offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) do not sell it.
  • Travel agencies outside Japan do not sell it.

Seats and using the pass

  • It works only on an IC card (Suica): touch in and out at the gates, and if you go outside the zone, the extra fare comes from your card balance.
  • After midnight it stays valid until the last train.
  • If unused, you can change the date once at the ticket office of the station that sold it (not on Mobile Suica).

Refunds

An unused ticket can be refunded within its validity at the ticket office of the station that sold it, for a 220 yen fee; no refund for cancellations or delays.

Good to know

  • On Mobile Suica, an unused pass can be refunded in the app until 23:45 on its day, for a 220 yen fee.
