Refunds

Unused tickets can be refunded where you bought them, within the validity period, with a 220 yen fee.

Good to know

  • The IC version can only be loaded on a PASMO card, not on Suica or other IC cards.
  • Tickets bought with a credit card from Toei Subway are refunded by Toei Subway, not by Tokyo Metro.
  • A lost ticket is not reissued; you need to buy a new one.
