Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea Needs No Extra Ticket
The official Fantasy Springs page says there are “no restrictions for entering Fantasy Springs” at present. The park FAQ adds that anyone can ride the attractions by waiting in line.

How to get into Fantasy Springs
You enter Tokyo DisneySea through the main Park Entrance, scan your park ticket and walk to Fantasy Springs. The FAQ puts it in one line: any guest admitted to Tokyo DisneySea can enter Fantasy Springs. You need no timed pass, lottery or separate ticket.
Fantasy Springs is split into three areas: Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest and Peter Pan’s Never Land. Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel sits beside them.
The Fantasy Springs Entrance is for hotel guests
Fantasy Springs also has its own gate. Entry and re-entry through it is limited to guests of two hotels. Guests of Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel use it during their stay. Guests of Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel can use it from 10:00 a.m.
Leaving works the other way. Any guest can exit the park through the Fantasy Springs Entrance until 9:00 p.m. To come back the same day, tell a cast member as you exit and keep your ticket.

The chart above matches each kind of visitor to the right gate. With a park ticket only, you come in at the main entrance.
Set up the app before you arrive
Premier Access, Standby Pass and Mobile Order all run through one app. The Tokyo Disney Resort official app page says it also shows wait times and your location. These services work only after you enter the park.
- Language: The app follows your phone’s language. Set the phone to English to see English.
- Account: You log in with a free MyDisney Account. Guests 13 or older can register.
- Phone: iOS 16.0 or later, or Android 11.0 or later. Tablets and iPads are not supported.
- GPS: Keep location on. Some functions stop working inside the resort without it.
Free Wi-Fi covers the Park Entrance North and South, Guest Relations and the Fantasy Springs Entrance.

Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival and the other 3 rides
Fantasy Springs has four attractions. Three tell the stories of Frozen, Tangled and Peter Pan, and one is a short buggy ride in Pixie Hollow. The Tokyo Disney Resort Tokyo DisneySea attractions list marks three with Disney Premier Access.
| Ride | Type and length | Premier Access | Height |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey | Water ride, about 6.5 min | 2,500 yen | No height limit |
| Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival | Water ride, about 5 min | 2,000 yen | No height limit |
| Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure | Ride, about 6 min | 2,000 yen | 102 cm and over |
| Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies | Ride, about 2 min | None (standby only) | No height limit |
The table shows the gap that matters most for families. Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure is the only ride here with a height limit. Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies is the only one you cannot buy a faster entry for.
Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey
This boat ride is in Frozen Kingdom. It follows the heartwarming tale of Anna and Elsa, with well-known songs from the film, and takes about 6.5 minutes. Disney Premier Access costs 2,500 yen, the top attraction price at Tokyo DisneySea along with Soaring: Fantastic Flight.
The area recreates the kingdom of Arendelle, with Elsa’s ice palace on the distant North Mountain.
Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival
This water ride is in Rapunzel’s Forest. The boat carries you to the annual Lantern Festival, where Rapunzel spends her “best day ever” and falls in love with Flynn Rider. It lasts about 5 minutes, and Disney Premier Access costs 2,000 yen.
Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure
This ride-type attraction lasts about 6 minutes. You join the Lost Kids and help rescue John from Captain Hook and his pirates. Riders must be 102 cm and over, and Disney Premier Access costs 2,000 yen. Check your child’s height before you pay, since Premier Access does not let a shorter child in.
Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies
In Pixie Hollow, you help Tinker Bell deliver parcels to four seasonal places. The ride takes about 2 minutes. It carries no Premier Access mark on the official list, so the standby line is the only way on.

| Item | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Frozen Journey | 2500 yen | Fantasy Springs |
| Soaring | 2500 yen | |
| Rapunzel’s Lantern Fest. | 2000 yen | Fantasy Springs |
| Peter Pan’s Never Land | 2000 yen | Fantasy Springs |
| Toy Story Mania! | 2000 yen | |
| Center of the Earth | 2000 yen | |
| Tower of Terror | 1500 yen | |
| Raging Spirits | 1500 yen |
The chart puts the Fantasy Springs prices next to the rest of the park. Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival and Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure sit at 2,000 yen with Toy Story Mania! and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Tower of Terror, Raging Spirits and Indiana Jones Adventure are 1,500 yen.

Premier Access prices and the Standby Pass
Disney Premier Access is a paid time slot with a shorter wait. The Tokyo Disney Resort Disney Premier Access page lists nine Tokyo DisneySea attractions, three of them in Fantasy Springs. You do not need it to ride. The same attractions are open to anyone in the standby line.
The rules that catch visitors out
- Ticket first: The fee does not include a park ticket. Each park ticket can buy one Disney Premier Access, and each access admits one guest.
- Inside the park only: You buy it in the app after you enter Tokyo DisneySea, and only for the park you entered.
- Next purchase: You can buy another for a different ride 60 minutes after your purchase, or after your admission time, whichever is earlier.
- No changes: You cannot change, cancel or refund it after you tap OK. It can also sell out.
- Small children: Children ages 3 and under ride free with an adult who holds one.

The four steps above follow the official purchase flow. In the app, select the park tickets for your whole party, then pick the ride and time and tap OK. At your time, scan the code at the ride entrance.
Paying with a card from abroad
Cards from abroad work in the app if they carry the JCB, VISA, MasterCard or American Express logo. Code payments such as PayPay or Alipay do not work for Premier Access. Guests under 18 need a guardian’s consent to buy in the app.
No smartphone or no card? Buy at a counter inside the park instead.
- All day: Guest Relations, Lost River Outfitters and Agrabah Marketplace.
- Until 9:30 a.m.: Park Information at Fantasy Springs.
- Until 1:00 p.m.: Valentina’s Sweets.
The free Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Priority Pass ended on August 31, 2026. An older FAQ entry about it is still online, so ignore it.
Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies has no paid option, so queue for it while you wait for your Premier Access time.
The Standby Pass is free
The Standby Pass is a free return time for joining a queue. The Tokyo Disney Resort Standby Pass page says it runs only for specific periods and venues. At some times only guests holding one get in. There is no limit to the number of times you can get one, and each park ticket gets one for one person.
In Fantasy Springs, the official shop list marks Fantasy Springs Gifts as Standby Pass required. Check the app when you arrive. Issue times change by day, and passes that ran out can come back.

Fantasy Springs restaurants, shops and the 3 areas
Each of the three areas has its own places to eat. Three Fantasy Springs restaurants take orders through Disney Mobile Order. You can order anytime after entering Tokyo DisneySea.
Frozen Kingdom
Royal Banquet of Arendelle is a counter-service restaurant inside Arendelle Castle that takes Mobile Orders. Oaken’s OK Foods is a counter-service eatery run by Oaken, the cabin and sauna owner from the film.
Rapunzel’s Forest
Rapunzel’s Forest is built around the tower where Rapunzel lived as a child. After dark, the area glows with countless lanterns in the night sky. The Snuggly Duckling, themed to the tavern from Tangled, is counter service with Mobile Order.
Come back after dark if you want to see the lanterns lit.
Peter Pan’s Never Land
Lookout Cookout is a counter-service restaurant the Lost Kids built, and it also uses Mobile Order. A popcorn wagon stands in front of Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies.
How Mobile Order works
- Payment: JCB, VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards from abroad, plus PayPay and Alipay.
- Seats: An order does not hold a table. You find your own seat.
- Limit: There is no limit to the number of orders in one day.
- No app: Ask a cast member. You may be able to order at the register.
Fantasy Springs Restaurant sits inside the hotel. Depending on the day, it may be open to any guest visiting Tokyo DisneySea, through its entrance inside Fantasy Springs. La Libellule is limited to Grand Chateau guests until further notice.
Shops
Fantasy Springs Gifts is the large merchandise shop of the port and needs a Standby Pass. Springs Treasures sells sundries, headwear and other items.

Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel
Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel is a park-integrated Disney hotel that opened in June 2024. The Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel official page describes two buildings. Grand Chateau is the luxury type and Fantasy Chateau the deluxe type. Its Japanese name is 東京ディズニーシー・ファンタジースプリングスホテル (Tōkyō Dizunīshī Fantajī Supuringusu Hoteru).
What a stay adds
- Private entrance: You can enter Fantasy Springs directly during your stay. You still need a park ticket.
- Happy Entry: You enter Tokyo DisneySea 15 minutes before other guests, through the Fantasy Springs Entrance or the Grand Chateau Gateway.
- Tickets at the hotel: You can buy park tickets for your stay at the hotel, even when they are sold out online.
Happy Entry is free, but it does not apply on your check-in day. It works on the other days of your stay, including checkout day. The Tokyo Disney Resort Disney Hotels page sets the Tokyo DisneySea head start at 5 to 15 minutes. Rides start when the park opens to everyone, so use the early minutes to buy Premier Access.
- Grand Chateau extras: Eight Attraction Tickets and four Show Viewing Tickets per room, however many guests stay.
- La Libellule: This restaurant is limited to Grand Chateau guests.
- Happy Entry gaps: Fantasy Chateau guests lose Tokyo Disneyland Happy Entry on October 31, 2026, November 10, 2026 and January 12, 2027.
The official FAQ still quotes the rates from when booking opened on February 8, 2024. For the night of June 6, 2024, Grand Chateau started from ¥300,000 and Fantasy Chateau from ¥63,500. Rates change by date and room type. In the October 2026 calendar, Fantasy Chateau showed 101,500 yen to 130,000 yen on the open dates. That is per room for two adults, and up to two children ages 11 or under stay free.
Booking and visiting
Bookings open at 11:00 a.m. on the day four months before your stay. You can book up to five consecutive nights and three rooms at once. Online bookings take a deposit of 30,000 yen per room per stay. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 noon.
Until further notice, only staying guests may enter the hotel and its grounds. The one exception is guests who booked Priority Seating for the hotel restaurant through Vacation Packages.
