• All Kobe Rapid Railway lines (Hankyu/Hanshin Kobe-Sannomiya to Nishidai, Shinkaichi to Minatogawa).
• The whole Port Liner (Sannomiya–Kobe Airport).
• A facility voucher worth 800 yen.
• The Kintetsu versions also cover all Hanshin lines and Kintetsu lines in Osaka Prefecture (the higher-priced Kintetsu version also covers Nara Prefecture).

Not covered

• Limited express fees are not included.
• The lower-priced Kintetsu version excludes the Keihanna Line between Nagata and Shin-Ishikiri, the Domyoji Line and the cable cars.
