Where an IC card may not work

Toei Bus
Toei says PASMO and Suica cards cannot be used on Koto Route 01, the Koto Ward community route bus Shiokaze.
PASMO and Suica areas (Kanto Railway, Chiba Monorail)
PASMO says these cards cannot be used on some lines, so you should ask the train and bus operators, and that only PASMO and Suica can be used on the Kanto Railway and the Chiba Monorail.
Mobile Suica
PASMO says that when Mobile Suica is used at PASMO operators, some services such as settlement away from the ticket gate and exit processing are limited. Ask JR East for details.
JR East
