What the pass covers

A round trip on the Tobu Tojo Line from Ikebukuro to Kawagoe or Kawagoeshi.
Unlimited rides between Kawagoe and Kawagoeshi stations.
Unlimited Tobu bus rides all day in designated sections, including the Tobu Koedo Loop Bus.

At Ikebukuro Station on the Tobu Tojo Line and the Tobu Top Tours store in Ikebukuro Station; paper passes cannot be reserved online.
Digital tickets are sold on TOBU Japan Trip Tickets.
From one month before the start date up to the day of travel.

Who can buy it: Foreign visitors, and Japanese nationals traveling with them; show your passport when you buy.

Show the pass before you enter a partner shop to get its offer.

Refunds

Unused passes can be refunded where you bought them, minus a 150 yen fee per pass.
