  • Adults (15 and over): take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day, after a meal, preferably within 30 minutes.
  • Under 15: Do not take.

Notes on the directions

  • 1. Follow the directions and dosage exactly.

  • Press the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your fingertip to break the aluminium foil on the back, then remove the tablet and take it. (Accidentally swallowing it as it is can lead to unexpected accidents, such as it piercing the mucous membrane of the oesophagus)

1. Do not take it if you are one of the following people.

  • (1) People who have had allergic symptoms caused by this medicine or its ingredients
  • (2) People who have developed asthma after taking this medicine, or other cold medicines or pain and fever medicines
  • (3) Children under 15
  • (4) Women within 12 weeks of their expected date of delivery

2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine.

  • Other cold medicines, pain and fever medicines, sedatives, cough medicines, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.), oral medicines containing Tranexamic Acid

3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it. (Drowsiness etc. may occur)

4. Women who are breastfeeding: do not take this medicine, or avoid breastfeeding if you take it.

5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking it.

6. Do not take it for more than 5 days.

7. Do not take an excessive amount.

1. If you are one of the following people, ask a doctor, pharmacist or registered salesperson for advice before taking it.

  • (1) People who are receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist
  • (2) Women who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant
  • (3) Older people
  • (4) People who have had allergic symptoms caused by medicines etc.
  • (5) People who have the following symptoms: high fever, difficulty urinating
  • (6) People who have been diagnosed with the following: thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, people who have blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, etc.), people who are at risk of developing thrombosis, respiratory dysfunction, obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome, obesity
  • (7) People who have had the following diseases: gastric/duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease

Liver dysfunction
fever, itching, rash, jaundice (the skin and the whites of the eyes turn yellow), brown urine, tiredness all over the body, loss of appetite, etc. appear.
Kidney disorder
fever, rash, decreased amount of urine, oedema all over the body, tiredness all over the body, joint pain (aching joints), diarrhoea, etc. appear.
Aseptic meningitis
severe headache accompanied by a stiff neck, fever, nausea/vomiting, etc. appear. (Such symptoms have been reported especially often in people who are receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease)
Myocardial infarction
chest pain that feels like being squeezed, difficulty breathing, breaking out in a cold sweat.
Cerebrovascular disorder
reduced/lost consciousness, difficulty moving the arm and leg on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, difficulty getting words out, etc. appear suddenly.
Interstitial pneumonia
shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting yourself a little, dry cough, fever, etc. are seen, and these appear suddenly or continue.
Asthma
wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc. appear.
Aplastic anaemia
bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, the skin and mucous membranes looking pale, a feeling of fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and light-headed, blood in the urine, etc. appear.
Agranulocytosis
sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc. appear.
Respiratory depression
shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, etc. appear.

3. The following symptoms may appear after taking it, so if these symptoms continue or get worse, stop taking it and ask a doctor, pharmacist or registered salesperson for advice, taking this leaflet with you.

  • Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness

4. If your symptoms do not improve after taking it 5 to 6 times, stop taking it and ask a doctor, pharmacist or registered salesperson for advice, taking this leaflet with you. (Especially when the fever continues for 3 days or more, or when the fever keeps coming back)
