Kintetsu
Kintetsu says ICOCA, an IC card issued by West Japan Railway Company, is sold at its commuter pass vending machines, and you charge it beforehand so that the ordinary fare is deducted from the balance. ICOCA is sold at 2,000 yen, of which 500 yen is the deposit and 1,500 yen is the balance.
