- One round trip on Tobu Railway between Asakusa and Shimo-Imaichi.
- All Tobu Railway lines between Shimo-Imaichi, Tobu-Nikko and Shin-Fujiwara.
- Tobu Bus lines within the World Heritage area.
Not covered
- Limited express trains need a separate limited express ticket.
- The SL Taiju steam train needs a reserved seat ticket.
- Admission to Nikko's shrines and temples, Tobu World Square and EDO WONDERLAND Nikko Edomura.

- At TOBU Tourist Information Center Asakusa, the ticket counters on the first floor of Tobu Asakusa Station, and the Tobu Top Tours store in Ikebukuro Station.
- Also at AC Hotel by Marriott Tokyo Ginza and Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel, from one month before travel.
- Online from 90 days to 2 days before the start date; exchange the voucher for the pass at TOBU Tourist Information Center Asakusa.
- Who can buy it
- Foreign visitors, and Japanese nationals traveling with them; show your passport when you buy.
Seats and using the pass
- Seats
- Tobu limited express tickets between Asakusa and Tobu-Nikko or Kinugawa Onsen cost from 1,450 yen one way, and the price changes with the season.
- Board at Asakusa Station or TOKYO SKYTREE Station.
- Without a limited express ticket you ride local trains, which take about 3 hours with a change of trains.
Refunds
Unused passes can be refunded where you bought them, minus a 220 yen fee per pass; for digital tickets, ask the website where you bought them.
Good to know
- Showing the pass gives discounts at sights, on transport, and at shops and restaurants.
- Marked stores give 5% off in Asakusa and 10% off purchases of 1,000 yen or more in Nikko and Kinugawa.
- The Akechidaira Ropeway is closed from January 16, 2026 to August 31, 2027, and the closure may be extended.
