  • The Romancecar limited express needs a separate limited express ticket.
  • Rides outside the designated area; pay the fare for that part.

Seats and using the pass

A Romancecar reserved-seat ticket from Shinjuku to Katase-Enoshima costs 750 yen extra for adults and 380 yen for children.
  • Paper ticket: put it through the gate on the Odakyu Line and show it to staff on the Enoden.
  • Digital ticket: scan the QR code at the ticket gate.
  • The pass is collected at the station where your trip ends.

Refunds

If a service is suspended, for example by bad weather, and you never rode it, that part is refunded at the station where your trip ends.

Good to know

  • Showing the pass gives deals at aquariums, temples, cafés and bike rentals.
  • Digital tickets work on smartphones only; a group can buy and use up to 4 tickets on one phone.
  • Romancecar tickets bought on EMot Online Tickets cost 50 yen less.
