• Paper tickets are sold on board the streetcars and at sales outlets.
• Smartphone tickets are sold through Gurutto Hokkaido or the DohNa!! web app; the 24-hour ticket is smartphone and credit card only.

Seats and using the pass

• Paper ticket: scratch off one spot each for the year, month and day, and show the date to the driver when you get off.
• A paper ticket with two or more spots scratched for the year, month or day is invalid.
• Smartphone ticket: show the ticket screen to the driver when you get off; screenshots are not accepted.

Good to know

• Show the ticket on the day of use for discounts and services at partner shops.
• One smartphone can hold tickets for up to 8 people, but tickets cannot be split.
