There is no child pass; children use the adult pass at the same price.

What the pass covers

  • All Osaka Metro lines, Osaka City Bus routes (some routes excluded) and the New Tram.
  • Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Kintetsu and Nankai trains, mainly within Osaka City.

Not covered

  • Reserved-seat limited express trains on Kintetsu, Nankai, Keihan and Hankyu need an extra fee.
  • Travel outside the pass area costs extra.

Where to buy it

  • Sold online, and over the counter only at the Kansai Tourist Information Center.
  • It is a QR code ticket on the SURUTTO QRtto mobile service.
  • Pay by credit card; debit cards are not accepted.
  • Up to four tickets per purchase, and you can pass them on to other people.

Seats and using the pass

  • A day runs from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m., so press Start Using after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use.
  • Trains: scan the QR code at a QR-code ticket gate, one person at a time. Buses: scan it when you get off.
  • At stations without QR-code gates, show the ticket to station staff.

Refunds

Unused tickets can be refunded on the website where you bought them, with no refund fee; used tickets cannot be refunded.

Good to know

  • Free entry to about 40 sightseeing spots.
  • Special offers at about 50 attractions and stores.
  • On sale from March 25, 2026 to March 31, 2027; it must be used within three months of purchase and started by March 31, 2027.
  • You need a smartphone; one buyer can get up to four passes and travel with people who have none.
  • Screenshots and printouts of the QR code cannot be used.
