Kagoshima CUTE: price, days and what it covers

Price

The 1-Day Pass is valid only on the day you start it; the 2-Day Pass is valid that day and the next day.

Adult fares apply from junior high school age.

What the pass covers

• Kagoshima City streetcars and city buses.
• The Kagoshima City View and Sakurajima Island View buses and the Sakurajima Ferry.

Not covered

• Private buses and other ferries are not covered.

Where to buy it

• The digital pass is sold in the Kyushu MaaS app myroute and the Kagoshima fan app Waku Waku.
• CUTE is also sold at 10 places in the city, including Kagoshima Chuo Station and Kagoshima Port.

Seats and using the pass

• Show the ticket in use to the crew when you get off; for the Sakurajima Ferry, show it to staff on the Sakurajima Port side.
• The digital pass needs an internet connection.

Refunds

Digital passes cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.

Good to know

• The pass gives discounts at over 10 major sights, including Kagoshima City Aquarium.
