Haruka airport express from Kansai Airport: the one-way ticket for visitors, times and stops

The Haruka is JR West's limited express from Kansai Airport to Tennoji, Osaka, Shin-Osaka and Kyoto without a change. Kansai Airport gives about 30 minutes to Tennoji, 50 to Shin-Osaka and 75 to Kyoto. Visitors with a foreign passport can buy the HARUKA One-way Ticket: 2,200 yen to Kyoto and 1,800 yen to Osaka or Shin-Osaka.

Who can buy it
Holders of a passport issued by a foreign government. You show the passport when you collect the ticket.
Collecting it
At a ticket office, or at a ticket machine if your passport has an IC chip.
Seats
Ordinary cars, reserved or non-reserved. The Green Car needs separate tickets.
Rules
You cannot get off at a station on the way. The train can be changed once before it departs.
Refund
The price minus a handling fee, with a minimum fee of 560 yen. No refund once it has been used.
