Ono Minato Shrine Summer Grand Festival (Kanaiwa Summer Festival)大野湊神社夏季大祭（金石夏まつり）Three days, Friday to Sunday, ending on the first Sunday of August (31 July to 2 August in 2026)Ono Minato Shrine, the Hiyoriyama temporary shrine by the sea and the Kanaiwa district, Kanazawa. A shrine festival designated an intangible folk cultural property of Kanazawa City. On the first day the mikoshi leaves the shrine for a temporary shrine on Hiyoriyama and on the last day it returns in a procession. Fireworks are held at 20:00 on the first evening at Kanaiwa beach.
