2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine

  • Other cold medicines, pain and fever medicines, sedatives, cough medicines, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.)

3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it

  • (Drowsiness etc. may occur)

4. Women who are breastfeeding: do not take this medicine, or avoid breastfeeding if you take it

5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking it

6. Do not keep taking it for a long time

7. Do not take an excessive amount

Shock (anaphylaxis)

Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis
high fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on the skin, small bumps (small pustules) appearing on reddened skin, the whole body feeling tired, having no appetite, etc. continue or rapidly get worse.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome
the skin turning red over a wide area, a rash all over the body, fever, the body feeling tired, swelling of the lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.), etc. appear.
Liver dysfunction
fever, itching, rash, jaundice (the skin and the whites of the eyes turn yellow), brown urine, tiredness all over the body, loss of appetite, etc. appear.
Kidney disorder
fever, rash, decreased amount of urine, oedema all over the body, tiredness all over the body, joint pain (aching joints), diarrhoea, etc. appear.
Interstitial pneumonia
shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting yourself a little, dry cough, fever, etc. are seen, and these appear suddenly or continue.
Asthma
wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc. appear.
Aplastic anaemia
bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, the skin and mucous membranes looking pale, a feeling of fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and light-headed, blood in the urine, etc. appear.
Agranulocytosis
sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc. appear.
Respiratory depression
