What the pass covers
- All Kyoto City Subway lines.
Not covered
- Transfers to the Kintetsu or Keihan Otsu lines cost extra; the pass is for Kyoto City Subway only.
Where to buy it
- Sold at the Kyoto City Bus & Subway Information Center, commuter pass booths and subway ticket windows; ticket machines sell the same-day ticket only.
- The advance ticket can be used on a later day; the same-day ticket is valid only on the day you buy it.
Seats and using the pass
- Put it through the ticket gate; the date is printed on the back the first time.
- It cannot be given to another person after use.
Refunds
Unused passes can be refunded for 200 yen per ticket.
