Seats are reserved. Reservations open on the same date one month before travel; buy your ticket at least 10 minutes before departure. Buses leave from the 4th-floor highway bus terminal of Busta Shinjuku, directly connected to the South Exit of Shinjuku Station. Fuji-Q Highland is the stop just before Kawaguchiko Station. Children under elementary school age ride free unless they take a seat. The child fare is half the adult fare (rounded up to 10 yen). From 1 Oct 2026, Fujikyu Bus services are booked on Fujiyama Connect and Keio Bus services on Highway Bus.com; both sites show all departures. Do not put power banks in the luggage compartment; keep them with you. Folding bicycles packed in a bag can be carried, but not on double-decker buses. Buses on 14 Oct 2026 that stop at Kawaguchiko Station. A second bus run on the same service is counted once
