Yutate Shishimai (Hot-Water Lion Dance) at Sengokuhara Suwa Shrine仙石原湯立獅子舞Every year on 27 March; the page says the festival date is fixed on 27 MarchSengokuhara Suwa Shrine, 88 Sengokuhara, Hakone. A lion dance offered at the shrine's annual festival. In the kama-meguri no mai the lion stirs hot water in a cauldron with a bundle of bamboo grass and sprinkles it on worshippers to drive away epidemics.
