Can I use my electric shaver in Japan? Voltage and plugs

JNTO names shavers among the dual-voltage appliances that should work anywhere in Japan. If yours is not dual-voltage, check that INPUT includes 100V. The plug has to fit Japan's Type A outlets.

A shaver that is not dual-voltage works in Japan when its INPUT includes 100V.

Buying a plug adapter in Japan

JNTO names electronics quarters and big appliance stores.
