Welcome Suica是给短期滞在旅客用于交通与购物的电子钱包，自购买当日起可使用28天。自2025年3月27日起，Welcome Suica在JR东日本列出的地点销售，原则上每人限购一张。Welcome Suica的售价有1,000、2,000、3,000、4,000、5,000、10,000日元，成人与儿童都有。

- 主要区域
- Welcome Suica可在东京都会区的铁路、地铁与巴士，羽田机场到东京之间的东京单轨电车，以及仙台、新潟、青森、盛冈、秋田地区和北海道、东海、西日本、九州的部分地区使用。
- 其他区域
- Welcome Suica可在全国标有全国共用标志，或Suica、Kitaca、PASMO、manaca、TOICA、ICOCA、Hayakaken、nimoca、SUGOCA标志的电车、巴士、商店与自动贩卖机使用，但不能在PiTaPa区域的商店使用。
- 注意事项
- Welcome Suica不能跨区域连续乘车，在某个区域开始的行程必须在同一区域结束；要前往其他区域时，请先出检票口再重新进站。

- 使用Welcome Suica搭乘特急、急行列车或绿色车厢时，请事先购买相应的车票。

退款、使用期限与遗失

- 不论是否仍在有效期间内、卡内还剩多少余额，Welcome Suica都不能退款。

- 若卡片本身故障，JR东日本会在Suica区域内的JR东日本售票处（绿色窗口）退还余额，受理期间为申请隔天起至有效期限结束后14天；请携带故障的卡片与证明书。
- 使用期限
- 有效期间为含购买当日在内的28天；卡片背面的GOOD THRU日期并不是有效期限。
- 记名卡
- 在JR东日本的比较表中，Welcome Suica Mobile与Welcome Suica卡都列为无记名。
- 遗失时
- 遗失的Welcome Suica无法补发。
