在iPhone上

Android（Samsung Galaxy）: JR东日本正在努力让Welcome Suica Mobile于2027年上半年起可在Samsung于海外销售的Samsung Galaxy手机上使用，让旅客能用在国外购买的Android手机；销售地区与支持机型将于日后公布。

App

是否销售: JR东日本表示，Welcome Suica Mobile的iOS版服务已于2025年3月开始。
App: 要发行Suica，请在出发前下载App，同意使用条款，设置询问时使用的秘密关键字，并开启定位信息；定位信息用来判断能否充值。
App: 在App Store上，Welcome Suica Mobile列为仅限iPhone的免费App，开发者为East Japan Railway Company，语言为英文。
App: 支持中心只提供英文的电子邮件协助。
须知: JR东日本表示，Welcome Suica Mobile已于2025年10月与JR-EAST Train Reservation连动，可无票搭乘特急与新干线的指定席；2026年3月又新增购买Suica绿色车厢券的功能。
更换手机: 数字Suica可移到以同一个Apple ID登录的其他iOS或watchOS设备：先在旧设备的Wallet删除，卡片信息会存到服务器，再于新设备重新设置。不同Apple ID之间不能转移。
更换手机: 旧设备必须仍能连上网络；若无法通信或已故障，Suica无法存到服务器时，请联系Apple Care。
更换手机: 不能把一张Suica的余额转到另一张，Welcome Suica Mobile的余额也不能退款。

Welcome Suica Mobile：手机遗失了怎么办？

若存有Suica的iPhone遗失或被窃，请寄电子邮件给Welcome Suica Mobile Support Center停用Suica，用其他设备登录iCloud删除Suica，并在日本时间隔天上午5点以后于新设备重新设置。支持中心为损坏或遗失的设备完成补发登记后，在日本时间隔天上午5:00以后重新设置Suica之前，都不能使用或充值SF（电子钱包），也不能购买、使用或退还优惠票券；申请后不能取消。
