Welcome Suica是JR東日本給訪日旅客的IC卡：購買地點、價格、可以用多久、退款規定，以及與一般Suica（西瓜卡）的不同。
Welcome Suica是給短期滯在旅客用於交通與購物的電子錢包，自購買當日起可使用28天。自2025年3月27日起，Welcome Suica在JR東日本列出的地點販售，原則上每人限購一張。Welcome Suica的售價有1,000、2,000、3,000、4,000、5,000、10,000日圓，成人與兒童都有。

Welcome Suica可使用的範圍
- 主要區域
- Welcome Suica可在東京都會區的鐵路、地鐵與巴士，羽田機場到東京之間的東京單軌電車，以及仙台、新潟、青森、盛岡、秋田地區和北海道、東海、西日本、九州的部分地區使用。
- 其他區域
- Welcome Suica可在全國標有全國共用標誌，或Suica、Kitaca、PASMO、manaca、TOICA、ICOCA、Hayakaken、nimoca、SUGOCA標誌的電車、巴士、商店與自動販賣機使用，但不能在PiTaPa區域的商店使用。
- 注意事項
- Welcome Suica不能跨區域連續乘車，在某個區域開始的行程必須在同一區域結束；要前往其他區域時，請先出剪票口再重新進站。
- 注意事項
- 使用Welcome Suica搭乘特急、急行列車或綠色車廂時，請事先購買相應的車票。

退款、使用期限與遺失

- 不論是否仍在有效期間內、卡內還剩多少餘額，Welcome Suica都不能退款。

- 若卡片本身故障，JR東日本會在Suica區域內的JR東日本售票處（綠色窗口）退還餘額，受理期間為申請隔天起至有效期限結束後14天；請攜帶故障的卡片與證明書。
- 使用期限
- 有效期間為含購買當日在內的28天；卡片背面的GOOD THRU日期並不是有效期限。
- 記名卡
- 在JR東日本的比較表中，Welcome Suica Mobile與Welcome Suica卡都列為無記名。
- 遺失時
- 遺失的Welcome Suica無法補發。
