在iPhone上

Android（Samsung Galaxy）: JR東日本正在努力讓Welcome Suica Mobile於2027年上半年起可在Samsung於海外販售的Samsung Galaxy手機上使用，讓旅客能用在國外購買的Android手機；販售地區與支援機型將於日後公布。

App

是否販售: JR東日本表示，Welcome Suica Mobile的iOS版服務已於2025年3月開始。
App: 要發行Suica，請在出發前下載App，同意使用條款，設定詢問時使用的秘密關鍵字，並開啟定位資訊；定位資訊用來判斷能否儲值。
App: 在App Store上，Welcome Suica Mobile列為僅限iPhone的免費App，開發者為East Japan Railway Company，語言為英文。
App: 支援中心只提供英文的電子郵件協助。
須知: JR東日本表示，Welcome Suica Mobile已於2025年10月與JR-EAST Train Reservation連動，可無票搭乘特急與新幹線的指定席；2026年3月又新增購買Suica綠色車廂券的功能。
更換手機: 數位Suica可移到以同一個Apple ID登入的其他iOS或watchOS裝置：先在舊裝置的Wallet刪除，卡片資訊會存到伺服器，再於新裝置重新設定。不同Apple ID之間不能移轉。
更換手機: 舊裝置必須仍能連上網路；若無法通訊或已故障，Suica無法存到伺服器時，請聯絡Apple Care。
更換手機: 不能把一張Suica的餘額轉到另一張，Welcome Suica Mobile的餘額也不能退款。

Welcome Suica Mobile可以退款嗎？

Welcome Suica Mobile剩下的餘額不會退款，並在有效期間結束時失效；有效期間為發行日起180天。透過Welcome Suica Mobile App發行的數位Suica不能退款，有效期間結束後餘額也不能退款；請在有效期間內把餘額用於日本國內的交通與購物。

Welcome Suica Mobile：手機遺失了怎麼辦？

若存有Suica的iPhone遺失或被竊，請寄電子郵件給Welcome Suica Mobile Support Center停用Suica，用其他裝置登入iCloud刪除Suica，並在日本時間隔天上午5點以後於新裝置重新設定。支援中心為損壞或遺失的裝置完成補發登錄後，在日本時間隔天上午5:00以後重新設定Suica之前，都不能使用或儲值SF（電子錢包），也不能購買、使用或退還優惠票券；申請後不能取消。
