TOURIST PASMO是給國際旅客的特別IC卡。可用於無現金搭乘大眾運輸與無現金購物，全日本都能使用。PASMO於2026年4月17日宣布，TOURIST PASMO將自2026年5月起在有國際航班的機場附近的車站等地販售。PASMO表示，TOURIST PASMO僅限短期來訪的海外觀光客購買，卡片有使用期限。

- 成田機場販售的TOURIST PASMO售價2,000日圓，卡內含2,000日圓。羽田機場販售1,000、2,000、3,000、4,000、5,000或10,000日圓的卡，支付的金額就是卡內的金額。

- TOURIST PASMO不需要押金。
- 儲值
- TOURIST PASMO可在車站售票機用現金儲值，便利商店與部分商店也可儲值。若儲值後餘額會超過20,000日圓，就不能儲值。
- 儲值
- 在巴士上請告訴司機要儲值。每次可儲值1,000日圓，只收1,000日圓紙鈔；若儲值後餘額會超過10,001日圓，就不能儲值。
- 餘額上限
- 若儲值後餘額會超過20,000日圓，TOURIST PASMO就不能儲值。
TOURIST PASMO可使用的範圍
- 電車與巴士
- 搭電車時，把TOURIST PASMO碰觸剪票口的感應區。搭巴士時，碰觸車內的感應器支付車資。
- 商店
- TOURIST PASMO可在商店以電子方式付款，不必數零錢。
- 其他區域
- PASMO表示，TOURIST PASMO可搭乘所有可用IC卡付車資的電車與巴士，也可在合作商店無現金付款。
- 注意事項
- 使用TOURIST PASMO時，請隨身攜帶參考證明文件（Reference Paper），上面寫有使用期限、成人或兒童、卡內金額，以及部分鐵路公司販售的優惠票券資訊。
退款、使用期限與遺失
- 使用期限
- TOURIST PASMO自購買日起28天內有效。
- 退款
- 即使不再需要卡片，儲值到TOURIST PASMO的金額也不會退款。
- 遺失時
- TOURIST PASMO遺失後不能補發。
兒童用卡片
- 兒童卡可用到滿12歲那年的3月31日
- 兒童用TOURIST PASMO只能使用到兒童滿12歲那年的3月31日。
