在尼泊尔申请的方式

日本外务省规定的步骤，加上尼泊尔的使领馆补充的说明。

步骤1: 准备文件。如果日本有人邀请你或担任保证人，对方的文件要寄给你，不是寄给大使馆。
步骤2: 向负责你居住地的日本大使馆或总领事馆、认可的代办旅行社、日本签证申请中心或在线申请，依该使领馆的指定为准。
步骤3: 等候审查。标准是受理申请的次日起算5个工作日。如果案件要转回东京的外务省本部确认，可能超过1个月。
步骤4: 领取结果。只有核发签证时才要付手续费。
步骤5: 3个月内入境日本。单次签证的效期是3个月，可入境1次。

签证手续费

手续费自2026年7月1日起调整。

2026年7月1日以后受理的申请，单次签证约15,000日元、多次签证约30,000日元，换算成当地货币支付。依目的和国籍，可能免收或金额不同。没有核发签证就不收费。通过代办旅行社时，另加旅行社的手续费。

尼泊尔的JAPAN eVISA

日本外务省的eVISA一览表（2026年5月15日时点）不包含尼泊尔。请向大使馆或总领事馆以纸质申请，或通过其指定的窗口申请。

工作、留学或长期停留

短期停留签证只限短期停留。

有报酬的工作不属于短期停留。要领薪工作，或停留超过90天，就需要签证。日本外务省说明，原则上要先向日本出入国在留管理厅取得在留资格认定证明书。

日本的入境前结核病筛检，适用于以中长期居留者或数字游民身份来日的尼泊尔籍人士。以短期停留身份来日则不适用。

在日本的机场

所有外国旅客的步骤都一样。

抵达后填写外国人入境记录（用Visit Japan Web在线填写，或用纸质），并提供指纹和面部照片。能不能上陆由入境审查官决定。

JESTA（日本的电子旅行授权）

JESTA是日本正在为免签旅客建立的电子旅行授权，最晚于2029年3月31日以前开始。法律规定，既没有JESTA授权也没有签证的外国人不得入境。尼泊尔籍旅客无论如何都需要签证。
