在尼泊爾申請的方式

日本外務省規定的步驟，加上尼泊爾的使領館補充的說明。

步驟1: 準備文件。如果日本有人邀請你或擔任保證人，對方的文件要寄給你，不是寄給大使館。
步驟2: 向負責你居住地的日本大使館或總領事館、認可的代辦旅行社、日本簽證申請中心或線上申請，依該使領館的指定為準。
步驟3: 等候審查。標準是受理申請的隔天起算5個工作天。如果案件要轉回東京的外務省本部確認，可能超過1個月。
步驟4: 領取結果。只有核發簽證時才要付手續費。
步驟5: 3個月內入境日本。單次簽證的效期是3個月，可入境1次。

簽證手續費

手續費自2026年7月1日起調整。

2026年7月1日以後受理的申請，單次簽證約15,000日圓、多次簽證約30,000日圓，換算成當地貨幣支付。依目的和國籍，可能免收或金額不同。沒有核發簽證就不收費。透過代辦旅行社時，另加旅行社的手續費。

尼泊爾的JAPAN eVISA

日本外務省的eVISA一覽表（2026年5月15日時點）不包含尼泊爾。請向大使館或總領事館以紙本申請，或透過其指定的窗口申請。

工作、留學或長期停留

短期停留簽證只限短期停留。

有報酬的工作不屬於短期停留。要領薪工作，或停留超過90天，就需要簽證。日本外務省說明，原則上要先向日本出入國在留管理廳取得在留資格認定證明書。

日本的入境前結核病篩檢，適用於以中長期居留者或數位遊牧身分來日的尼泊爾籍人士。以短期停留身分來日則不適用。

在日本的機場

所有外國旅客的步驟都一樣。

抵達後填寫外國人入境記錄（用Visit Japan Web線上填寫，或用紙本），並提供指紋和臉部照片。能不能上陸由入境審查官決定。

JESTA（日本的電子旅行授權）

JESTA是日本正在為免簽旅客建立的電子旅行授權，最晚於2029年3月31日以前開始。法律規定，既沒有JESTA授權也沒有簽證的外國人不得入境。尼泊爾籍旅客無論如何都需要簽證。
