柬埔寨護照的日本簽證：條件、手續費與申請方式

需要。柬埔寨籍旅客即使觀光也要辦簽證才能入境日本。柬埔寨不在日本外務省的免簽一覽表上（74個國家和地區，2025年9月1日修訂），日本也沒有落地簽證。在柬埔寨符合資格的人，可以用JAPAN eVISA線上申請。

在柬埔寨申請的方式

日本外務省規定的步驟，加上柬埔寨的使領館補充的說明。

步驟1
準備文件。如果日本有人邀請你或擔任保證人，對方的文件要寄給你，不是寄給大使館。
步驟2
向負責你居住地的日本大使館或總領事館、認可的代辦旅行社、日本簽證申請中心或線上申請，依該使領館的指定為準。
步驟3
等候審查。標準是受理申請的隔天起算5個工作天。如果案件要轉回東京的外務省本部確認，可能超過1個月。
步驟4
領取結果。只有核發簽證時才要付手續費。
步驟5
3個月內入境日本。單次簽證的效期是3個月，可入境1次。

  • 有效的護照
  • 簽證申請表1份
  • 照片1張（外務省申請表上的照片欄為45 mm × 35 mm）
  • 寫有航班號碼或船名、入境和出境日期的行程表
  • 能支付旅費的證明：公家機關的所得證明或報稅資料，或銀行對帳單或存款證明

簽證手續費

手續費自2026年7月1日起調整。

2026年7月1日以後受理的申請，單次簽證約15,000日圓、多次簽證約30,000日圓，換算成當地貨幣支付。依目的和國籍，可能免收或金額不同。沒有核發簽證就不收費。透過代辦旅行社時，另加旅行社的手續費。

柬埔寨的JAPAN eVISA

住在柬埔寨的人，可以在JAPAN eVISA網站線上申請，領取電子簽證。只適用一種情況：觀光用的單次短期停留簽證，最長90天。

工作、留學或長期停留

短期停留簽證只限短期停留。

有報酬的工作不屬於短期停留。要領薪工作，或停留超過90天，就需要簽證。日本外務省說明，原則上要先向日本出入國在留管理廳取得在留資格認定證明書。

在日本的機場

所有外國旅客的步驟都一樣。

抵達後填寫外國人入境記錄（用Visit Japan Web線上填寫，或用紙本），並提供指紋和臉部照片。能不能上陸由入境審查官決定。

JESTA（日本的電子旅行授權）

JESTA是日本正在為免簽旅客建立的電子旅行授權，最晚於2029年3月31日以前開始。法律規定，既沒有JESTA授權也沒有簽證的外國人不得入境。柬埔寨籍旅客無論如何都需要簽證。
