日本の観光ビザの書類：必要書類・申請書・写真の大きさ

観光用の一次ビザでは、外務省の書類の一覧が6つを求めています。有効な旅券・申請書・写真1枚・航空券などの予定表・旅費を払えることを示す書類・日本での滞在の予定表です。

中国・ロシア・CIS諸国・ウクライナ・ジョージア・フィリピンの国籍の人には別の案内があります。

観光に要る6つの書類

外務省の2025年4月の書類の一覧から。中国・ロシア・CIS諸国・ウクライナ・ジョージア・フィリピンを除くすべての国籍が対象です。

  • 有効な旅券
  • ビザの申請書 1通
  • 写真 1枚（外務省の申請書では写真の枠は45mm × 35mm）
  • 便名か船名と、入国と出国の日がわかる航空券などの予定表
  • 旅費を払えることを示す書類：公的機関の所得証明書か納税証明書、または銀行の取引明細書か残高証明書
  • 日本での滞在の予定表

書類は3か月以内に出されたものにします。在外公館はほかの書類を求めることがあります。

申請のときに航空券やホテルを予約したり払ったりしておく必要はありません。一覧にそう書かれていて、取り消しの料金について外務省は責任を負わないとも書かれています。

  • 日本の身元保証人が旅費を出すときは、保証人が身元保証書・お金があることを示す書類・住民票を用意します。
  • 招く人はこの書類をあなたに送ります。外務省や大使館へは送りません。

日本で作った書類はコピーでも受け付けられますが、在外公館が原本を求めることがあります。
