日本觀光簽證的文件：清單、申請表與照片尺寸

單次觀光簽證，日本外務省的清單要求6樣東西：有效護照、申請表、照片1張、航班行程表、能支付旅費的證明、在日本的行程表。中國、俄羅斯、獨立國協國家、烏克蘭、喬治亞和菲律賓籍人士另有專屬說明。

觀光用的6樣文件

依據外務省2025年4月的清單，適用中國、俄羅斯、獨立國協國家、烏克蘭、喬治亞和菲律賓以外的所有國籍。

  • 有效的護照
  • 簽證申請表1份
  • 照片1張（外務省申請表上的照片欄為45 mm × 35 mm）
  • 寫有航班號碼或船名、入境和出境日期的行程表
  • 能支付旅費的證明：公家機關的所得證明或報稅資料，或銀行對帳單或存款證明
  • 在日本的行程表

文件須是3個月內核發的。使領館可能視情況要求其他文件。

申請時機票和住宿不用先訂好或付款。清單上這樣寫，並說明外務省不負擔取消費用。
