- 장기용: 대량 구매만 가능
- 장기용 Welcome Suica는 발행일부터 최대 6개월 동안 유효하지만, 대량 구매로만 살 수 있고 JR 동일본 여행 서비스 센터에서는 판매하지 않습니다.

- Welcome Suica는 전국 상호 이용 마크나 Suica, Kitaca, PASMO, manaca, TOICA, ICOCA, Hayakaken, nimoca, SUGOCA 로고가 있는 열차, 버스, 가게, 자동판매기에서 전국적으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 다만 PiTaPa 지역의 가게에서는 쓸 수 없습니다.
- 주의할 점
- Welcome Suica로는 지역을 넘어 이어서 이동할 수 없으며, 한 지역에서 시작한 이동은 그 지역 안에서 끝나야 합니다. 다른 지역으로 넘어갈 때는 먼저 개찰구를 나간 뒤 다시 들어가야 합니다.

- 카드 자체의 장애로 쓸 수 없는 경우, Suica 지역 안의 JR 동일본 매표소(미도리노마도구치)에서 신청 다음 날부터 유효 기간 종료 후 14일까지 잔액을 환불해 줍니다. 장애가 생긴 카드와 증명서를 가져가야 합니다.
