PASMO购买地点、价格、退款与使用范围
PASMO是用于交通与购物的IC卡。可支付电车与巴士的车资，也可在合作商店无现金付款。曾经停售的无记名PASMO已于2025年3月1日恢复销售。PASMO的规则订定PASMO的售价为1,000日元，含500日元押金。业者也可以1,000日元为单位，以其他价格销售，最高20,000日元。

PASMO的购买地点

PASMO可使用的范围
- 电车与巴士
- 搭电车时，把PASMO碰触检票口的感应区。搭巴士时，碰触车内的感应器支付车资。
- 商店
- PASMO可用来电子付款，不必数零钱。
- 主要区域
- 使用PASMO，只要在检票口或巴士的收费箱感应卡片，就能在整个东京都会区移动，也能使用日本各地合作的铁路与巴士。并非日本所有的电车与巴士都接受PASMO。
- 其他区域
- 在PASMO与Suica区域，可使用包括Kitaca、ICOCA、PiTaPa、TOICA、manaca、HAYAKAKEN、nimoca、SUGOCA在内的10种卡片。部分路线不能使用这些卡片。关东铁道与千叶都市单轨电车只能使用PASMO与Suica，PiTaPa不支持全国共用的电子钱包。

- PASMO不能用于从一个IC卡区域跨到另一个区域的乘车。这类行程请事先购买车票。

退款、使用期限与遗失
