持德国护照去日本需要签证吗？

不需要。德国籍旅客短期停留日本90天以内可免签入境。德国在日本外务省的免签一览表上（74个国家和地区，2025年9月1日修订）。停留期间不能从事有报酬的工作。

每位旅客都要先有有效的护照。

入境日本必须持有有效的护照（《出入国管理及难民认定法》第3条）。

工作、留学或长期停留

免签入境只限短期停留。

有报酬的工作不属于短期停留。要领薪工作，或停留超过90天，就需要签证。日本外务省说明，原则上要先向日本出入国在留管理厅取得在留资格认定证明书。

依照与德国的双边协议，最长可停留6个月。停留超过90天时，要在许可期间结束前，到日本的地方出入国在留管理局申请延长。

数字游民

德国在日本出入国在留管理厅的数字游民对象国家和地区一览表上：可在日本远程工作，最长6个月，不能延长。

在日本的机场

所有外国旅客的步骤都一样。

抵达后填写外国人入境记录（用Visit Japan Web在线填写，或用纸质），并提供指纹和面部照片。能不能上陆由入境审查官决定。

JESTA（日本的电子旅行授权）

目前还不需要。JESTA是日本正在为免签旅客建立的电子旅行授权。日本出入国在留管理厅只公布开始日期为「2029年3月31日以前，由政令规定的日期」。

持其他国家护照住在德国的人

签证申请不只看国籍，也看你住在哪里。

可以向自己国家，或目前居住国家的日本大使馆或总领事馆申请。在只是旅行经过的第三国不能申请。

日本外务省的eVISA一览表不包含住在德国的人，所以要向大使馆或总领事馆，或其指定的窗口申请。

持德国护照入境日本需要JESTA吗？

目前还不需要。建立JESTA的法律于2026年5月29日通过，将在2029年3月31日以前、由政令规定的日期开始。
