PASMO購買地點、價格、退款與使用範圍
PASMO是用於交通與購物的IC卡。可支付電車與巴士的車資，也可在合作商店無現金付款。曾經停售的無記名PASMO已於2025年3月1日恢復販售。PASMO的規則訂定PASMO的售價為1,000日圓，含500日圓押金。業者也可以1,000日圓為單位，以其他價格販售，最高20,000日圓。

PASMO可使用的範圍
- 電車與巴士
- 搭電車時，把PASMO碰觸剪票口的感應區。搭巴士時，碰觸車內的感應器支付車資。
- 商店
- PASMO可用來電子付款，不必數零錢。
- 主要區域
- 使用PASMO，只要在剪票口或巴士的收費箱感應卡片，就能在整個東京都會區移動，也能使用日本各地合作的鐵路與巴士。並非日本所有的電車與巴士都接受PASMO。
- 其他區域
- 在PASMO與Suica區域，可使用包括Kitaca、ICOCA、PiTaPa、TOICA、manaca、HAYAKAKEN、nimoca、SUGOCA在內的10種卡片。部分路線不能使用這些卡片。關東鐵道與千葉都市單軌電車只能使用PASMO與Suica，PiTaPa不支援全國共用的電子錢包。

- PASMO不能用於從一個IC卡區域跨到另一個區域的乘車。這類行程請事先購買車票。

退款、使用期限與遺失
